first, it's  the kind of food that just sits in warming pans until someone orders it. yeah, like a buffet, except at a buffet you at least get a huge variety to choose from and if you don't like something, you can choose something else. here, small selection, and if your food sucks, you're stuck with it.
the good: one of the dishes I ordered was the Kato's Chicken, which was delicious. very juicy and flavorful, and that sauce is incredible. it seems like one of their most popular dishes as it ran out while I was waiting in line and we had to wait while they made more. probably a good thing since it meant we got fresh food. I also ordered mixed veggies and the Cajun pork and an egg roll. I saw quite a few things on the menu that were not being offered, I  don't know if you could still order it or if you can only choose from what is sitting there. anyway, the mixed veggies were bland and cold. nice texture, not overcooked, but then again, you need heat to cook something, and these were a little warmer than room temperature. the Cajun pork had a nice flavor with a good amount of heat. but by heat, I mean the spices, it too was cold. not only cold, but the pork was very tough, stringy and not easy to chew. the egg roll was probably the worst egg roll I've ever had. Wal-Mart sells these packaged egg rolls in their deli section, not sure of the brand. they are ok for filling a quick craving for egg rolls at home. these egg rolls tasted exactly the same, except I have no idea how long ago they had been cooked and were, you guessed it, cold. also, the Kato's Chicken, as much as I loved the flavor, was not all sunshine and rainbows either. I started noticing that some of the pieces had no chicken at all, just a lump of breading. still tasted great because of that sauce, though! the service also sucked. the guy that was working the register could hardly speak any English and was difficult to understand anything he said.  and for some reason, when it was my turn at the register, he decided to walk away and start filling the drink orders of the customers behind me in line, letting my old and cold food get even older and colder.
